SHIPPING TIME: Most orders ship within 2-4 business
days on stock items. If for some reason your order
cannot be shipped within that time, you will receive an
email from me. On custom orders, we will
let you know shipping time prior to starting your
order.

GUARANTEE: My ultimate goal is 100% customer
satisfaction. In the event the product breaks within the
first 30 days due to manufacturing defects, it will be
fixed at no charge. Just send the item back with the
original packaging, invoice and pieces and it will be
restrung and repaired and shipped back to you within 72
hrs.
RETURN POLICY: If for any reason you are not satisfied
with your jewelry purchase, you have 14 days to
review. If you are not happy for any reason, I will
refund your purchase price (less shipping costs). To
receive a refund,
return the piece to me in its original packaging
(prepaid, insured mail) with your original invoice.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
After 14 days from receipt of purchase, no refunds or
exchanges will be issued. If your order was paid
by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear
on your billing statement.
